Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Standard processing time is 1-2 business days after your order is placed.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM (local time) will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Options & Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): $9.99 or free for orders over $99.
  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $14.99.
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.99 (available in select regions).

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method.

Where We Ship

  • We currently ship within the United States.
  • International shipping is available to select countries. Rates and delivery times vary by destination.

Delivery Tracking

Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
  • Some beverages may be restricted in certain regions due to regulations.

Damages or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please email us at easy@easyman.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of any damage.
  • We’ll work to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you’re unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us at easy@easyman.com. Customer satisfaction is our priority!
